To deepen the integration of theory and practice, on March 28, 2025, the 2024 MBA students led by Associate Professor Wang Changbin of Beijing Technology and Business University went to UFIDA Digital Industrial Park to carry out a mobile classroom activity. They were warmly received by alumnus Tang Mengbin, with Manager Zhang Jinyu accompanying and explaining throughout the process. The students visited ten functional exhibition areas, understood the application of digital technology in core business scenarios, and felt the technology-driven business transformation. Manager Zhang Jinyu gave a special lecture on "Management Innovation in the Digital Economy". He pointed out that in the digital era, the traditional management model has been replaced, and managers need to have data thinking. This view sparked active discussions among the students. This activity was a learning experience integrating theory and practice deeply, which enabled the students to have a clearer understanding of digital enterprises and accumulate experience for their career development. Finally, the representative of the MBA Association expressed gratitude.
To deepen the integration between classroom theoretical learning and practical applications and help students more intuitively understand the digital operation and management models of enterprises. Tang Mengbin, an alumnus of the 2020 MBA class in our college and the assistant president of UFIDA XinDao Technology, warmly received them, and Zhang Jinyu, the manager of UFIDA XinDao Technology, accompanied them throughout the process and provided explanations. The visit and exchanges broadened the students“ horizons, and enhanced their understanding of enterprise management in the digital economy era.
This mobile classroom activity is not only an enterprise visit but also a learning experience that deeply integrates theory and practice. By getting close to the industry forefront, the students have a clearer understanding of the operation methods, management models, and future trends of digital enterprises, and have also accumulated valuable experience for their future career development.
